Our License Agreement
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before installing and using the software. By using our software you accept this license agreement and warranty.

Terms of Use
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”), the end-user, and SEPA XML GENERATOR for the use of this software product (“Application”) for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
In general, a license is assigned to an organisation against one primary bank account. Accounts can be shared within an organisation.
Site or company-wide licenses may not be used by other legal entities in the group but are limited to the respective legal entity of the licensee.
In the case of processing data on behalf of or for a customer, our licenses only cover the configuration of the commissioned party and the data of one customer to be supported. Additional customers must be licensed additionally.
The basic terms of use remain the same in accordance with our license agreement.
- The subscription includes an annual right of use (calendar year).
- It is automatically renewed for a further year unless it is terminated or the annual invoice has not been processed before the 31st of January
- Updates and support for annual licenses are only offered as part of the subscription.
- Customers will be informed of the upcoming renewal by email before the license expires, usually within the first week of December.

Passing on the licensed Application
The transfer of the licensed Application to third parties in any form without permission is prohibited. The distribution right of the software remains with the author. Unauthorised sharing of user credentials constitutes an infringement of the law.
Updates & Support
After purchase, updates and support are free of charge within the selected support period and license duration (calendar year).
Support will be provided during our business hours across Europe within the selected support period (the period of the license, Calendar year).

Our Application may include modules that are subject to other license conditions, especially our Merge Functionality.

You may use the Application within the validity period of the trial version, 30 days from initial Trial Activation. If you wish to continue using the Application as a full version after the trial period has expired, you must license it otherwise the account will be deactivated and permanently deleted.

Although the Application has been extensively tested, no warranty or liability claims can be made due to the wide variety of hardware and software environments in which the software can be used. THIS APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU OBTAIN BY USING THE APPLICATION OR ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS AND THAT THE SOFTWARE IS MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS.
Nothing contained in this Agreement limits the statutory rights of any party acting as a consumer.
